Amateur Radio Club at Washington State University

The W7YH club at Washington State University traces its roots to 1911 and describes itself as one of the earliest university amateur radio clubs. Its focus is student education, experimentation, mentoring, licensing support, and maintaining a working campus station for hands-on radio activity.

ARRL Eastern Washington Section

ARRL Western Washington Section

Cascade Radio Club

Clark County Amateur Radio Club

Clark County Amateur Radio Club is an ARRL Special Service Club with a long history in southwest Washington. Its public materials emphasize licensing classes, VE testing, repeaters, community event support, emergency communications, and a notably well-equipped Field Day operation.

Inland Amateur Coordination Council (IACC)

IACC is not a local social club; it is the amateur repeater-frequency coordination body for eastern Washington and North Idaho. It serves the technical and administrative side of amateur radio by managing coordination data, repeater records, and applications for linked and repeater systems.

Island County Amateur Radio Club

ICARC describes itself as a nonprofit club with more than 100 licensed amateurs serving Whidbey and Camano areas. Its site highlights training, testing, repeaters, public-service communications, and regular social and technical activities throughout the county.

Jefferson County Amateur Radio Club

JCARC says its mission is to help both new and experienced operators build radio knowledge in a social club setting. The club emphasizes on-air activity, operator proficiency, emergency/public-service capability, and local member engagement in Jefferson County.

Kitsap County Amateur Radio Club

KCARC describes itself as a public-service amateur radio organization and ARRL Special Service Club serving the Kitsap Peninsula and beyond. Its site shows an active calendar that includes meetings, breakfast gatherings, VE sessions, hamfest activity, youth/Scouting outreach, and repeater support.

MicroHAMS Amateur Radio Club

MicroHAMS is a Puget Sound-area technical amateur radio club founded as the Microsoft Amateur Radio Club. Its public material emphasizes digital communications, SDR, experimentation, technical presentations, and the long-running MicroHAMS Digital Conference, while welcoming guests at many events.

Mike & Key Amateur Radio Club

Mike & Key is one of the better-known Puget Sound clubs and is the sponsor of the long-running electronics show and swap meet in Puyallup. Its public-facing material shows a broad-interest club with classes, events, repeaters, and substantial regional visibility.

Mount Baker Amateur Radio Club

North East Washington Amateur Radio Club

Olympia Amateur Radio Society

Snohomish County Hams Club

Spokane DX Association

Washington Digital Radio Enthusiasts

WA7DRE is a Washington amateur radio group focused on digital voice/repeater activity rather than a traditional dues-based club structure. Its site emphasizes open repeaters, digital networking, and technically oriented repeater-system stewardship in and around Spokane.

Western Washington Amateur Relay Association
